Prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment, not when you submit the form.

We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate. If something is priced wrongly or is out of stock after you order, we will contact you before charging and you can cancel with a full refund.

Cylinders are hired, not sold. Every hire includes four weeks from the collection or delivery date. You can buy additional four-week periods up front at £17.99 each, up to a total of twenty-four weeks.

The return date is shown before you pay and again on your confirmation email. Cylinders returned after that date, without pre-paid extra time, are charged £8.95 per week. If you need longer, ring us before the return date and we will extend it rather than charge the late rate.

You are responsible for the cylinder while it is with you, including storing it upright and secured, and for returning it in a usable condition. A cylinder that is not returned, or is returned damaged, will be charged for at replacement cost. We will always contact you before charging.

Collection prices differ between our two gas agents and neither stocks every size, so the price you pay depends on the depot you choose. That price is confirmed before you pay.

You are responsible for having the right to use the artwork you supply. We will not print anything we believe infringes someone else's trade mark or copyright.

Nothing goes to press until you approve a proof. Once approved, the run is made to your specification and cannot be returned unless it does not match the proof.

Screen printing on latex is not an exact colour-matching process. We will get as close to a supplied Pantone as the substrate allows and will tell you in advance if a match is not achievable.

Helium must never be inhaled. Uninflated and burst latex balloons are a choking hazard for children under eight. Foil balloons conduct electricity and must be kept away from power lines.

You are responsible for using the products safely and in line with the guidance we publish.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as the cost of an event that did not go ahead.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
