About ribbon and string
Allow about a metre per balloon for table bouquets and two to three metres for anything at ceiling height. A 500m roll therefore covers a few hundred balloons, which is less than people expect when they order one roll for a wedding.
Matt ribbon curls tighter and holds the curl longer. Metallic looks better under lights but relaxes faster, so curl it closer to the event if you are using it.
