When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We need all of it: the address to send the goods, the phone number because couriers and gas agents need it, and the email to confirm the order.

We do not collect or store card details. Payment happens on Stripe and card data never reaches our servers.

We use it to fulfil your order and to talk to you about that order. It is shared with the courier delivering your parcel and, for cylinder orders, with the gas agent arranging collection or delivery.

If you tick the marketing box at checkout, we will email you occasionally about new stock and seasonal offers, no more than monthly. If you do not tick it, we will not. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Order records are kept for six years, which is what UK tax law requires. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email info@bonzaballoons.co.uk and we will respond within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use a session cookie to remember what is in your basket, and a security cookie to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Neither is used to track you and neither needs your consent.

If analytics is enabled on this site, it is configured not to store personally identifiable information.
