Delivery

Standard delivery is 1 to 5 working days and starts at £3 for a small parcel, rising with weight.

Express delivery is 1 to 2 working days and is priced separately, because it costs us more to fulfil.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Some postcodes carry a surcharge and take 1 to 7 working days: parts of Aberdeen, Cumbria, the Outer Hebrides, Inverness, the Isle of Man, Kilmarnock, Kirkwall, Paisley, Perth, the Isles of Scilly and Shetland.

Pick the Highlands and Islands option at checkout if you are in one of those areas. If you are not sure, order as normal and we will contact you before charging anything extra.

Cylinders are not posted. They are handled by gas agents with depots around the country, which is why they carry no parcel weight in your basket.

Collection is the cheaper option — you pick the cylinder up from your nearest depot. Use the depot finder to see what is near you and what each one charges; prices differ between the two gas agents and neither stocks every size.

Delivery brings it to your address on a pallet and costs more. Either way we arrange it with you once your order is in, so a working phone number matters.

Every hire includes four weeks. You can buy more time up front at £17.99 a month, which is cheaper than the £8.95 a week charged on an overdue return.

Printing turnaround is separate from delivery and starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. The turnaround options and dates are shown before you add a print job to your basket.
