Delivery Information
We use City Link Courier service and Royal Mail to deliver your parcels. Below is a summary of the cost and the delivery times.
Important Information regarding Highlands Postcodes:
The postcodes, as detailed, aren’t usually available for next day. Delivery to these postcodes may come at an additional cos. Please speak to a customer representative if you are unsure:
FK17-22, G83, HS1-9, IV1-28, 33-39, 40-51 and 55-56, KA27, KA28, KW1-3, 5-14 and 15-17, PA20-48 and 60-78, PH18-26 and 30-44, ZE1-3
Delivery Information
Delivery items require a signature. If you are not available, when the parcel arrives, a card will be left informing you of this and your package will be taken to the local courier depot. Please note that we can’t be held responsible if you are not in or available when a item is delivered. Upon request, items, dispatched by our courier, can be left in a secure place. This is entirely at your own risk and we can’t be held responsible should any items get lost or go missing.
Our courier service will try to deliver to you on two separate occasions. After two attempts the parcel will be held at the local depot. You are required to go and collect it.
Late Deliveries
Occasionally, due to reliance on third parties and for other reasons beyond our control we cannot guarantee the above delivery times.
If you have paid for a next day delivery service and your item does not arrive the following day, we will refund the postage you paid for this. It’s advisable to order goods early, where possible, to avoid any such delivery problems. This offer does not extend customers where a delivery has been attempted and you were not in to collect the item in question.
We are unable to track recorded items for 10 days. Therefore, it will not be considered late until this period of time has passed. Only at this point will we be able to provide you with a suitable refund and/or replacement goods.
Standard delivery
Standard delivery Items will be sent by Royal Mail's 1st class recorded delivery service or our courier service, depending on the weight of the items ordered. Please note: Disposable helium this will be sent by courier.
Next Day Delivery
Items ordered using Next Day Delivery will be sent by Royal Mail's 1st class recorded delivery service or our courier service, depending on the weight of the items ordered. If your item is too heavy it will be sent using our courier service. This will be between the times of 9am and 5.30pm delivery
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery items will be delivered by our courier service. This will arrive any time before 12 noon. Please note: Items will need to be signed for. We can not accept responsibility if you are not in between these times.
Europe
Unfortunately we do not accept orders from Europe at this time.
